Side Project Jerky is a local Philly business, founded in 2012 by Marcos Espinoza and friends from the city’s food scene and produced just outside Philadelphia.

This flavor comes from our friend Chef Jen Carroll, who first introduced us (and Side Project Jerky) to berbere spice. After a year of perfecting the flavor and texture, it’s one we’re especially proud to carry.
