Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Chardonnay

The Chardonnay offers an original character that is clean with fresh fruit and citrus. The intensity of the acidity is not as pronounced compared to Leitz's de-alc Riesling. This crisp Chardonnay shows a dry finish and relatively long aftertaste.

The Eins Zwei Zero Chardonnay hails from the Pfalz region of Germany, where a relatively warm, dry climate makes for rich, full-bodied wines. Chardonnay grapes are grown, harvested, and fermented before undergoing delicate vacuum distillation to remove alcohol and preserve classic wine-like characteristics. Vinous qualities are delicately upheld in a clean, fruit-forward palate and gentle acidity.
