Join us on January 9th for a zero-proof cocktail class with the team from High Street Hospitality and Robin Cummiskey, founder of Wallace Dry Goods, a curated non alcoholic bottle shop on Philadelphia’s Main Line.

Guided by the philosophy “Cheers to choices,” Robin will walk us through the main styles of non-alcoholic beverages and show you how to craft sophisticated, zero-proof cocktails that still feel like a proper night at the bar.

Guests will receive pre-portioned ingredients to create their own drink during class. Sip, learn, and discover new ways to celebrate without the booze.
