BOLLE Blanc de Blancs is made through their patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process -- the same technique used in traditional Champagne production.

 Unlike non-alcoholic sparkling wines made from grape juice or dealcoholized base wine with added flavors, BOLLE starts with real wine and ferments it twice.

Made from 75% Chardonnay and 25% Silvaner, the result is a non-alcoholic sparkling white wine with natural bubbles, genuine toasty complexity, and just 2.8g of naturally occurring sugar. No additives, nothing artificial.
