The Babylon spritzer adds their in-house tonic blend to their signature aperitif liquid with a dash of soda to create an exquisite ‘pop and pour’ experience for a traditional spritz.

 Cardamom, hibiscus and notes of tamarind. Hint of grapefruit and bitter orange with an herbal nose and a well-rounded bitterness for added complexity. Longevity and sophistication on the palate, with extraordinary mouthfeel. Simply open the bottle and pour into a balloon glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange or grapefruit.
