They are bringing all the fruity hops but balancing it with a bit of bitterness and plenty of sweet malt. A neutral yeast stays out of the limelight to let the Vienna, Crystal and Munich malts perform intricate poses with resiny Azacca, Altus, Simcoe and Strata hops all over your palate.
