Side Project Jerky is a local Philly business, founded in 2012 by Marcos Espinoza and friends from the city’s food scene and produced just outside Philadelphia.

This flavor comes from fellow Philadelphian Kiki Aranita, the creator of Poi Dog sauces, who built it around the classic Hawaiian huli huli marinade. It was SPJ’s very first chicken jerky.
