Inspired by Antoine Peychaud’s iconic 19th-century recipe from New Orleans, these Spiced Cherry bitters are tart, vibrant, and anise-forward.
Rooted in flavor and health, these bitters are handmade in small batches from 13 whole, organic botanicals, including tart cherry, anise, hibiscus, rosehips, fennel, allspice, and gentian root. Lively and complex, this alcohol-free bitter is the classic choice for a Sazerac or Vieux Carré, and works beautifully in an Old Fashioned or our Hibiscus Sour mocktail.
Add a few dashes to sparkling water with a squeeze of lime for a zesty Bitters & Soda, or use it to add depth and bite to non-alcoholic red wine.
