Bittermilk Espresso Martini Mixer

Partnering with local Charleston-based Second State Coffee, we make a robust espresso syrup with dark roasted coffee beans. The combination of demerara sugar and bittersweet burnt sugar balance the deep notes of espresso with bitter chocolate from French Broad Chocolate's cacao fines and a touch of vanilla to add a subtle sweetness.

Recipe:

For an Espresso Martini, vigorously shake Equal Parts Bittermilk Espresso Martini your favorite non-alcoholic spirit* with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve up. Garnish with a coffee bean.
